"I have considered a leadership position within IAND in the past but have not made the leap to actively pursue it. I personally was elated to see that Spring Assembly would be back in-person this year and I am happy to serve in a role that is committed to continuing this annual meeting with education, research, and networking opportunities.

I have previously assisted with event planning responsibilities for weddings, church events, and collegiate mission trips, and I believe I have basic experience that can serve me adequately in this role.

I have additionally served in leadership positions with CIAND for the past seven years, including President-Elect and President, thus I am somewhat familiar with IAND leadership responsibilities."
