"The value that I can bring to IAND is to continue to be a leader within the academy and practice developing the appropriate skills, alongside utilizing my skill set and education to achieve the goals of the Academy. I have always been involved in committees, associations, and levels of community involvement that revolved around budgeting, allocating appropriate spending, adjusting budgets, and monitoring financial costs. Not only that but I have always been in roles of leadership in different areas and do well with expanding/advocating for what resources organizations need, as well as finding solutions to problems within communities and organizations."
