Thanks to those who were able to join us for the Fall Assembly on Friday, September 12 at Illinois State University in Normal, IL. This year's assembly was focused on the connection between agriculture and overall health. We heard from Chef Erin Meyer, MS, RD, the Founder & Executive Director of Basil's Harvest. Those in attendance were able to observe a soil health demonstration and participate in a Q&A panel of agriculture leaders which was moderated by Christine Cliff, MPH, RDN, LDN, CLT, FAND with Midwest Dairy.
